Used, Very Good condition - Some minor Scratches / Scuffs from use. Touch up pen has been used to cover previous scratches, Rims are now looking Mint, and ready to be built!
 
No Damages - No Chips / Dents. Rims were very well looked after, No longer needed as original Owner grew to 20".
